The dynamic sister duo, Larkin Poe left Australia breathless last April after a stellar Bluesfest set followed by sell-out shows in Melbourne and Sydney. They're returning to Australia to play Bluesfest again this Easter but this time with a new album under their belt. Ahead of the release, we were lucky enough to catch up with Rebecca Lovell of Larkin Poe ahead of their performance at Bluesfest this Easter. Here's what she had to say.

1. What's the most memorable gig you've ever played?

We've played so many rare and wonderful gigs that it's hard to say! But, here's one: we were asked to perform at the 2019 Formula 1 Grand Prix in Singapore alongside Muse, Gwen Stefani, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. That was memorable.

2. What's the first-ever album you purchased?

The Bluegrass Sessions: Tales From The Acoustic Planet, Vol 2.

3. What artist would you most like to collaborate with in the future?

Bonnie Raitt!

4. You'll be performing at Bluesfest in Byron Bay next April, can you walk us through your festival pre-show ritual?

We tune, we stretch, and we always high five.

5. What are five songs you're loving right now?
