This winter sees KIM and Beni join forces for a string of DJ dates around Australia. This national tour sees them DJ back to back for three hours - a journey through some of their latest interests along with their long standing influences, and everything in-between. Joining them at for their exclusive show at Sydney's Goodgod will be leading lady Linda Marigliano - who'll be bringing the heat straight after her triple j show!   KIM (aka Kim Moyes, one half of The Presets) heads out for his first national DJ run in four years. In that time he's released 'Selected Jerks 2001 - 2009' - a gathering of personal musical collections (featuring everything from dance floor dream suites to brilliantly brutal minimal techno), co-produced, released and toured the critically acclaimed 'Pacifica' with The Presets, and lent his production, remix and DJ skills to a wide and varied array of brilliantly talented artists.    Whether it's progressive-ambient-gospel remixes for stadium rockers Kings of Leon, or tech-house remixes for Cassius and up n' coming Sydney techno label Motorik!, mixing duties for Melbourne Techno-Industrial act Forces, manning the producers chair for the highly anticipated debut for Kirin J Callinan, or DJing as special guest of Thom Yorke, KIM's work is iconoclastic and popular. His DJ sets merge his taste for hard minimal techno and boogie house, with flourishes of the melodic and the popular.    Beni's upbringing in the world of dance saw him burst from the gates with dance vagabonds The Bang Gang DJs and Riot in Belgium. Soon after he headed out on this own with a string of releases on Kitsune, and his acclaimed triple j album of the week 'House of Beni', released on Modular and featuring club faves 'Someone Just Like You' and 'It's a Bubble'. Along the way he's remixed Tiga, Kimbra, La Roux and Etienne De Crecy. Beni has  DJ'ed on festivals all round the country including Parklife, Stereosonic, Groovin The Moo and triple j's House Party Tour.    As friends and collaborators, KIM and Beni have together worked regularly in the studio over the last eight years. Their collaborations continue to develop as they feverishly prepare new tracks for Beni to be released later this year via Modular.
