Where Can I Buy Tickets?
You can buy tickets from the following places:
1. online at moshtix.com.au
2.
in one of our outlets. Click here for locations.

over the phone by calling 1300 GET TIX
4.
using your 3G mobile phone (moshtix.mobi) or your iphone (iphone.moshtix.com.au)
How Can I Pay For My Tickets?
If you are buying tickets online from moshtix, you can pay by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
If you intend to use Paypal for online ticket purchases, you will need to set up a PayPal account prior to commencing the purchasing process. Click here to go to PayPal.
If you are buying tickets over the phone from moshtix, you can pay by credit card or debit card.
If you are buying tickets in an outlet from moshtix, you can pay with cash, credit card, debit card, or EFTPOS.
Which credit and debit cards does moshtix accept?
Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
How do I buy a ticket online using my credit card or debit card?
Step 1. Find the event you wish to buy tickets for and select the number of tickets you require.
Click on the "BUY TIX" box.
Step 2. At the next screen enter your email address or mobile number. You will then be asked for your password. If you have used moshtix before, use your usual password. If you have not used moshtix before, you will be asked for your first name, and the password you would like to use.
Step 3. Next you will see the terms & conditions of sale of tickets to the event you have chosen. Once you accept the terms & conditions, you will proceed to the page with your details.
Step 4. If you have used moshtix before your details will all be filled in. Check them to see if anything needs to be updated. If you have not used moshtix before, you will need to fill them in.
Step 5. At this stage you will see the ticket delivery method. If the event is using the card swipe ticketing system, you will need to bring the credit/debit card you used to purchase the tickets to the event. The card will be swiped through a card reader and you will be admitted
[more info]. If the event is using the pdf barcode ticket system, you will receive your ticket by email [more info].
Step 6. Next you will confirm your purchase and provide your credit/debit card details.
Step 7. Once the transaction is completed you will receive a confirmation email. If your ticket is delivered by barcoded pdf, you will receive a separate email containing your ticket as an attachment.
Step 8. That’s all there is to it.
How Do I Buy A Ticket Online using PayPal?
Step 1. Find the event you wish to buy tickets for and select the number of tickets you require.

Present the printed receipt at the door for entry. If the event is using the pdf barcode ticket system, you will receive your ticket by email [more info].
Step 6. Next you will be asked to select your method of payment. If you choose PayPal, you will be connected to the PayPal website to enter your account information. Once you have done this successfully, you will be returned to the moshtix website to finalise the purchase process.
Step 7. Once the transaction is completed you will receive a confirmation email. If your ticket is delivered by barcoded pdf, you will receive a separate email containing your ticket as an attachment. If it is a card swipe event, print out the receipt that you will receive by email and bring it to the event.

How Do I Buy A Ticket In An Outlet?
If you would prefer to buy your tickets over the counter, you can do so at one of our retail outlets around the country. These are usually located in record stores or clothing shops. For a full list click here. Usually you will be able to pay for your tickets using credit/debit card, cash or EFTPOS, but this may vary with some outlets.
Step 1. Tell the store attendant what you want to buy tickets to, and how many.
Step 2. The store attendant will advise whether the tickets are on moshcards [more info] or barcoded receipt [more info].
Step 3. You will be asked for your name and a mobile phone number or email address. This is so that we can track your tickets. It makes it harder for you to lose your tickets. You may also be asked for your date of birth. Some events like music festivals require this information as a security measure.
Step 4. If the event is ticketed using moshcards, you will be given a moshcard [more info] that electronically stores your ticket. If you already own a moshcard, make sure you bring it with you to the store as you can use it again and again.
It's a really good idea to register your moshcard. It means it's almost impossible for you to lose your ticket [more info]. You will receive a printed receipt of the transaction.
Step 5. If the event is ticketed by barcoded receipt [more info], you will be given a receipt that features a barcode. This receipt is your ticket to the event.

How Do I Buy A Ticket On The Phone?
To buy a ticket on the phone, call 1300 GET TIX [438 849] between 9am and 7pm EST. An operator will assist you with your purchase. The process is extremely similar to buying tickets online [more info]. Have your credit/debit card handy when you call.
